Humanity *sigh*

I'm now going to apologise in advance because this post is going to be slightly indiehipster.

Basically I went on a walk to take photos of naturish stuff, and noticed that whenever humans dump some rubbish or damaged thing, they don't do it in a bin or on the road or somewhere already damaged, they dump it straight into nature. 

Here are my hipster photos of that. 

(Yes that one is just a spoon but spoons do not grow out of the ground my friend.)

One day these photos will be famous, I swear to god. 

I think I actually have a slight obsession with making art about how humans are destroying the world, but it's better than doing meth or something so woopdedoodle.

MEETING TYLER OAKLEY!

So, as you probably already know if you use the internet, (and I'm talking about the real internet- YouTube, Tumblr, Twitter etc, not just your standard Facebook and Candy Crush) Tyler Oakley was in Sydney today! 

Just in case you haven't stepped into the depths of the never-ending black hole that is the internet, Tyler Oakley is an American YouTuber who recently hit 2 million subscribers. The link to his channel is youtube.com/user/tyleroakley . Today, my friend Michaela (Miki) and I joined the club of about 1000 girls and 6 guys in meeting him. 

Miki and I arrived at about 11:45, and after being very very confused about where the beginning of the line was, we somehow became accumulated into the middle somehow. Despite this, we still didn't get to meet Tyler until about 2:45. We didn't get to spend much time with him, as they hadn't expected so many people to show up and the line had to be cut off, but it was still definitely worth the wait. There was even a giant yellow snail for the Sydney Art Festival to keep us company, who gladly took a photo with me- one must always ask inanimate objects for their permission before taking a photo. 

In the line I'm also glad to say that I met some amazing new people- Emma, Rachel, Samantha and Jamila. It's a shame I didn't get to take a photo with them as well because it's highly unlikely I'll ever meet them again, but I will remember them for a long time. 

After the 3 hour wait, we finally got to meet Tyler and Dave. I became a sheep (hence the URL 'larathesheep') and gave him some lollies with my twitter username in hopes that he will find the moustache lollipop amusing enough to mention me. Fingers crossed. 

I would also like to point out that Tyler liked my Tumblr post. 

After reading his post about the events (it was a 6.5 hour meetup day for him) and meeting him in real life, I have to say I'm even more of a fan. If you ever are offered the chance to meet someone that you even remotely look up to, please do it because those are the sort of experiences that you may never get to try again.

Hey there, people of the internet. My name just happens to be Lara, and this is my blog. Because this is my first post, I think I ought to point out two things: 1, who am I, and 2, what is my blog.
1. Who Am I?
My name is Lara, as I mentioned earlier. I have this problem that involves me getting bored of things very quickly. (Read: It's school holidays). I'm from Australia, and yes I am still in school. Not for much longer, thank the holy cheezels above.
I also have this problem that involves me making up, or improving words, as I like to say. A few of my favourites are woopsidoodle, holy cheezels, indeedio, okely dokely and ning nong. I may or may not have stolen ning nong off a friend.
